we knew for some time that the new generation model is expected to grow close to 150mm (5.9 in) 4.25 metres (167.3 inches) in length. He also shares the same modular platform like the Clubman and the last BMW X 1 ULK1, which suggests a greater than a longer wheelbase outside as well.
through these images a little more revealing, we can take a better look at the appearance of the car, indicating not a wider body and above, which, with the increase in length, give way to a more spacious and comfortable interior, but also a chest larger than the model current 450 litres.
equipping the new Countryman should be 3-cylinder and engines 4 cylinder turbo last Mini, with a 228 HP (231 PS) John Cooper Works version, taking his place in the range-topper that is.
we also expect a plug-in hybrid version, using a unit three-cylinder 1.5 litre petrol and an electric motor powering the rear axle. so that we don't hear a lot of leaks about the technology of the new Countryman, it's safe to say we're going to look at a car safer and more connected than its predecessor. If we could see the beginnings of the Countryman, in October at the Paris 2016 Auto show, its JCW & PHEV versions follow until next year.
