Chevy has issued a recall notice for two of its sedans to rear-wheel drive for a problem with their seat belt tensioners. The problem is that the repeated entry and exit of the vehicle could wear down the cable tensioner and cause her to fail, leaving the safety belt ineffective driver's side.
