the M4 GTS test mule you see here was spotted near Nürburgring, wearing a costume very noticeable aero, this giant wing on the back, to the long front spoiler, skirts more deep and of course so huge, sharp diffuser back.
so that we would like to be bearers of good news and the report that BMW will give us an even faster version of the M4 motorway, our intel tells us that this will not happen and the GTS version will continue to be the car of choice if you want a faster M4.
what is it then? Well, BMW is known for work on the racing version of the M4 GT4 and the prototype here is probably to test the new aero bits and suspension. GT4 cars are generally more loved ones related to their production counterparts, which means that the M4 GT4 will keep features like the carbon body panels.
the new race car will also keep the Turbo straight-6 engine, but chances are that it will not provide levels of GTS power thanks to the rules of the race. The BMW M4 GT4 will join M235i Racing and the M6 GT3 and will face cars like the Porsche Cayman Clubsport GT4.
