"I am very proud, honoured and privileged to have had the opportunity to work with Michael so close ', said Brawn. "We did not have the results that we wanted", he admits, but says, "contribution of Michael to our development and the future of our team has been significant."
to the Grand Prize of Belgium, Schumi ended his 300th race, being the second F1 driver to do after his former team-mate Rubens Barrichello Ferrari.
his best result is a third place at the European GP this year who, at the age of 43 (173 days ago), made him the oldest driver to stand on an F1 podium, since Jack Brabham finished second at the British GP in 1970.
