SPIED: New Citroën C4 sedan Trots out to Scandinavia for some winter testing

The PSA Citroën-Peugeot may face difficulties in Europe due to the financial and budgetary crisis, but life goes on and the Citroen is looking at ways to increase sales with the presentation of new models in the public categories.
