in the video, shot the car in question, the driver moves along the Avenue John Rice, in the suburbs of Elizabeth Vale in South Australia, when he sees the man on the scooter and slows down to avoid him.
the person on the scooter moves then in the middle of the road, apparently to stumble as he dismantles-indicating that the pilot may have accelerated slightly to him. He then punches the windshield, while his friend is in view from the trail to collect the scooter.
then we can see the young man yelling and gesturing aggressively in the driver before disappearing down an alley with his girlfriend in tow.
