not much of a help, but when there is a will there is a way, so I
contacted a friend who works for BMW. He informed me that we will see the new M3 to Geneva without giving me more details. Given that both sources are trustworthy and are not wrong me so far, I think they are both right: BMW will unveil a concept version of the V8 powered M3 close-to-production before the beginning of production at the auto show in Frankfurt this year in October.
